These services support student career pathways and can also help schools comply with Gatsby benchmarks and Ofsted inspections. Services include: inspirational talks, engaging workshops, focussed 1:1s, staff training and strategic consultancy.
Everything is tailored to your requirements and key stages. All careers services are run by experienced and enthusiastic practitioners in the world of work.
Primary
We offer introductory talks and workshops for Primary Schools.
These talks can cover any topic and are also available as workshops that include fun, engaging play activities to introduce careers education during Key Stage 2.
A popular ones is our ‘Tomorrow’s World’ 1 hour talk. It covers the digital world starting from how the internet began through to the computers and mobile devices we have today.
It also explains how businesses utilise the web and social media plus reminds the children what they can do to stay safe online.
Secondary

Testimonials
“Hollie has brought tremendous energy to our careers provision. Our experience with a previous adviser has demonstrated how lucky we are to have her helping us. She gives up a great deal of her time to attend meetings and careers events, helping us to make contacts with other companies and sharing many ideas/contacts from her experience.
She has been instrumental in helping our teachers understand how important their role is in developing pupils’ appreciation of careers and the world of work – a particularly difficult area for us in a very academic school where teachers’ prime focus is their academic results. During our pilot Careers Week last month, it was clear many teachers are really beginning to ‘get’ it.
Her role in developing our understanding of how what we do meets the Gatsby benchmarks has also been invaluable.”
